留住城市特有的基因——刍议城市建设发展中档案的作用与档案馆的使命

摘　　要：中央城市工作会议提出要留住城市特有的地域环境、文化特色、建筑风格等"基因"。在激烈的城市竞争时代,保持自己特有的"基因",留存城市的传统特色,创造出与其他城市的差异,才能形成一个城市的竞争优势。要留住城市特有的"基因",档案应该发挥更加重要的作用,档案馆应该具有新的使命。档案是城市景观基因的记录物,档案是城市文化基因的传承物,档案馆应成为城市精神基因的象征物。在城市建设发展中,要通过档案的记录传承作用和档案馆的新使命留住城市特有的"基因",彰显城市的个性与魅力。The Central City Work Conference puts forward that we should retain the unique ＂gene＂ such as geographical environment, cultural features and architecture style of a city. In the era of fierce city competition, a city having competitive advantage must be a city holding its own unique ＂gene＂, the traditional characteristics and the differences from other cities. In order to retain the unique ＂gene＂ of a city, archives should play a more important role and have a new mission. Archives are the recorded matter of urban landscape gene, the heritage matter of urban culture gene and should be the symbols of urban spirit gene. We should retain the unique ＂gene＂ through the record and inheritance function of archives and the new mission of archives in urban construction and development so as to highlight a city＇s personality and charm.
