摘　　要：我国档案馆公共文化服务的发展遭遇到困境,引入参与治理模式是解决困境的有效方式。从目前有关理论和现实的发展情况来看,档案馆公共文化服务引入参与治理是大势所趋,而参与治理对运行模式的创新主要表现在坚持社会需求的价值导向、政府主导而非控制、实行多领域开放和运行制度化等4个方面。The development of the public cultural service of archives has encountered difficulties. The introduction of participative governance mode is an effective way to solve the difficulties. According to the present situation of the theoretical and practical development, it is the trend that the public cultural service of archives will introduce participative governance. Participative governance causes innovation to the operational mode, and the innovation performance is in four aspects： adherence to pursuit of social value; government leading rather than control; open more areas; and institutionalized operation.
