摘 要:目的 建立水中小诺霉素的碲化镉(Cd Te)量子点荧光增强测定法。方法 向1 ml小诺霉素溶液中加入1.0 ml的Cd Te量子点溶液,用PBS缓冲溶液(p H 6.5)定容到5 ml,混合均匀后在室温下反应30 min,测定其荧光强度(F)。结果当小诺霉素在0.28~4.17 mg/L线性范围内,所得线性方程为F/F0=0.074 6c+0.984 4,r=0.995 4,呈良好的线性关系。该方法的检出限为0.27 mg/L,平均回收率为102.0%~106.3%,RSD为1.1%~4.2%。结论 该方法具有快速简便,灵敏度和精密度较高的优点,适用于水样中小诺霉素的检测。Objective To develop a novel method for the determination of mieronomiein in water based on the fluorescence enhancement of CdTe quantum dots(QDs). Methods lml mieronomiein solution was added by 1.0 ml CdTe QDs solution,then the mixture was dissolved by pH 6.5 phosphate buffer solution.After disolution for 30 min at room temperature,micronomiein was determined based on the fluoreseenceenhaneement of CdTe QDs. Results The linear relationship between relative fluorescence intensity F/Fo and concentration of mieronomiein was kept in the range of 0.28-4.17 mg/L,r=0.995 4. The limit of detection was 0.27 mg/L. The rates of recovery were 102.0%-106.3% ,the RSDs were 1.1%-4.2%. Conclusion This method is sensitive, accurate and applicable to the determination of mieronomicin in water samples with satisfactory results.
