摘 要:为了采集和实时分析C919大型客机航电ARINC664总线数据,研究大客飞机航电总线协议及测试总线数据特点,设计并研制了满足机载测试需求的原理样机,并在航电实验室进行了试验验证,解决了新型复杂结构ARINC664总线数据的余度剔除、数据采集和实时分析等难题,实现了总线数据的采集和实时分析。该总线系统可以将重要数据实时编码发送到机上的监控系统、水配重或遥测下传到地面监控大厅,提高了飞行试验工作效率,为大客飞机试飞安全提供了技术保障。In order to collect and analyze the data of large passenger plane avionics,ARIN664 bus on C919 in real time,and research both the protocol of large passenger plane avionics bus and the characteristics of test bus data,this paper designs and develops a prototype system which can meet the requirements of airborne test and has made test verification in avionics laboratory. The problems which are difficult to solve in the new complex structure of ARINC664 bus data,such as redundancy elimination,data collection,real-time analysis,have been solved in this paper. It realizes the collection and real-time analysis of bus data,enables coding the important data in real time and sending them to whether monitoring system or water simulate weight system which are located on aircraft,it also enables sending the telemetry information from aircraft to ground monitoring hall. This improves the working efficiency of flight test,and provides technical support for the securely flight test of large passenger plane.
