摘　　要：在对国外天然石墨行业发展现状进行分析和研究的基础上,总结国外石墨行业发展的战略以及发达国家对石墨的重视程度,希望借此呼吁我国政府和企业高度重视石墨资源的重要性,认清石墨资源在全球国民经济发展中的战略意义,及早保护这一战略性资源。This paper introduces the reserves and resources, production, consumption and trade situation of the world graphite industry, and summarized the development strategic measures of graphite industry in developed countries. We hoped that the government and enterprises in our country to recognize the importance of graphite resources, to recognize the strategic significance of graphite resources in the development of the global national economy, to protect the strategic resources as soon as possible.
