改良式肩关节外展支具在关节镜下肩袖修补术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨肩关节外展支具的改进及临床应用效果。方法针对改进前肩关节外展支具在使用过程中存在的问题,设计改良式肩关节外展支具,并应用于临床。比较改良前后患者术后肘关节功能锻炼的依从性、支具佩戴的舒适度及佩戴时间。结果使用改良式肩关节外展支具患者术后肘关节功能锻炼的依从性、支具佩戴的满意率及符合率均高于改进前。结论改良式肩关节外展支具结构简单,设计合理、舒适,更方便患者佩戴及术后功能锻炼,有利于患者肩关节功能的恢复。Objective To explore the modification and clinical application of shoulder abduction brace during arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Methods Existing problems of using shoulder abduction brace in clinical practice were analyzed,re-design and modification was performed according to causes and the modified shoulder abduction brace was applied. The compliance of function exercise after operation,the comfort of wearing brace and the dura- tion of wearing brace were compared between two groups receiving traditional and modified shoulder abduction brace. Results Patients using modified shoulder abduction brace had higher postoperative compliance of function exercise than those using traditional shoulder abduction brace, and the comfort and duration of wearing modified brace were better and longer than those of wearing traditional shoulder abduction brace. Conclusion The modified shoulder abduction brace has simple structure and is reasonably designed and comfortable to wear. It can improve the compliance of function exercise after surgery which is beneficial for fast rehabilitation.
