摘 要:研究基于森的可行能力理论及2010-2013年CGSS数据,结合因子分析方法和模糊评价方法,对近年农业转移人口市民化水平进行动态评估和综合分析。研究发现,2013年时我国农业转移人口市民化水平的综合评价值为0.3713,较2012年继续提高,但仍处于平均水平范围(0.4-0.6)以下,且明显低于同时期同区域的城镇居民社会福利水平(0.4574)。如果进一步考虑转换因素对农业转移人口市民化水平的影响,还可得到非农业户籍人口市民化水平高于农业户籍人口、东部地区高于中部和西部地区、男性高于女性、未婚者高于已婚者等结论。结合功能性活动及其包含的分项指标的权重分配可知,经济状况、居住环境、政治权利和公民自由三方面对农业转移人口市民化水平的影响最大,因此也是未来提高我国农业转移人口市民化水平的切入点和关键点。Based on Sen's Capability Approach and CGSS data from 2010 to 2013, combined with factor analysis and fuzzy evaluation method, this paper measured and evaluated the ctizenization level of agricultural transfer population, and achieved following conclusions: the comprehensive evaluation value of citizenization level in 2013 is 0. 3713 who is improving compared with 2012, but still lower than the average citizenization level (0. 4 -0. 6) and the social welfare level of urban residents significantly. If considerated the effect of conversion factors, we can find that the citizenization level of non-agricultural population is higher than the agricultural population, the eastern region is higher than the central region and the western region, men is higher than women, the single is higher than the married. According to weight distribution of the functional activities, the paper pointed out that the functional activities of family economic conditions, living environment, political rights and civil liberties had the greatest influence on the improvement of citizenization level, hence should be the key point to improve the citizenization level.
