网络舆情演进过程参与主体策略行为仿真和政府引导

摘　　要：依据WD模型和SIR病毒传播模型构建SNO网络舆情动态演进模型,提出模型假设,设计SNO模型的主体属性和主体交互规则,并以"瓮安事件"为例,运用Netlogo仿真软件进行模拟仿真,通过调整网络主体属性以及政府、媒体、网民等网络主体之间的关系强度,考察政府、媒体、网民之间网络关系的变化对网络舆情动态演进整体趋势的影响,并对仿真结果进行分析,为政府等相关部门制定应对网络舆情引导策略提供科学依据。In this paper, constructed the SNO network opinion dynamic evolution model based on the Weisbuch-Deffuant model and SIR model, proposed the hypothesis of model, and designed the subject attributes and subject interactive rule of the SNO model. In ＂Weng＇ an incident＂ as an example, simulated through the Netlogo simulation software. By adjusting the network subject attributes and strength relation between the subject, explore the overall trend of the change of the network relation between the government, the media and the public impact on the progress of network opinion dynamic evolution , and analyzed the simulation results, in order to provide a scientific basis for the government and relevant departments to make the network opinion guidance strategy.
