摘 要:电子束毛化技术是一种新型的表面改性技术,可以在材料表面制备各种形状的凸起阵列,进而有效增加材料的表面积,因此在散热领域有较大的应用前景。文中通过对比试验,研究了6063铝合金毛化试样的散热、表面处理和耐腐蚀性能。研究显示,具有较高凸起且密集排列的毛化试样可以有效提高6063铝合金的散热性能。毛化过程对6063铝合金的表面导电氧化和耐腐蚀性无影响,但特定的毛化结构会影响材料的表面处理性能。此外,还要考虑毛刺刚性在长期使用过程中对散热效果的影响。Electron beam surfi-sculpt (EBSS) is a new technology that can modify the surface of the materi- als. Arrays of various shapes are formed on the surface of the material, and thus the surface area is increased greatly, which can improve the heat dissipation properties of the material. In this paper the heat dissipation, surface treatment and corrosion resistance of the aluminum plate with different modified surface are investiga- ted. It is found that the heat dissipation properties of 6063 aluminum alloy can be improved if the height of the protrusion is high. The EBSS process has little influence on the surface conductive oxidation process and corro- sion resistance of the 6063 aluminum alloy, but special structure of the protrusion may influence the conduc- tive oxidation process of the material. Besides, the rigidity of the protrusion should be considered in long-term application.
