摘 要:机载显控台在结构设计阶段就要考虑结构刚强度是否满足载机的振动环境条件要求。为了节约试验成本,缩短研发周期,在设计阶段广泛采用计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术。文中针对某机载显控台的结构形式,运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了有限元分析模型,对显控台进行了模态分析,并在此基础上进行了随机振动分析。结果表明该显控台的结构设计满足要求。该仿真分析为产品提供了科学、准确的设计依据。It is necessary to consider at the design stage whether the strength and stiffness of the airborne display and control console meet the requirements of work conditions. In order to reduce the cost of environmental tests and shorten the development cycle, the CAE technology is widely used at design stage. In this paper, the structure design of a display and control console is analyzed by ANSYS software. The finite element model is established. The strength and stiffness performances of the display and control console under different work conditions are solved by ANSYS. The results show that the strength and stiffness of the display and control console can meet the design requirement. The mechanical simulation provides scientific and accurate design consideration.
