摘  要:采用层次分析法对热磨试间火灾爆炸风险进行分析,以某企业热磨试间内热磨合作业过程为例建立了评价模型。为提高层次分析法的准确性和有效性,在层次分析法之前,引入事故树,通过事故树确定各级指标,在层次分析法之后,通过与模糊数学相结合,对模型进行模糊评价,得出模型所处等级D=0.7087,即该企业热磨试间火灾爆炸风险为"危险性较大"等级。研究表明,"事故树-模糊层次分析法"应用于热磨试间火灾爆炸风险分析是可行的,有助于企业有针对性地制定安全措施,预防热磨试间火灾爆炸事故的发生。This article is concerned about an analysis of the fire and explosion risk liability in the hot running workshop through the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process( FAHP),which is often a case in the hot running workshop in the car engine manufacturing companies. For our study purpose,we have first of all introduced the fault tree analysis( FTA) method to find all the involved indexes at each level of the model prior to the analysis of AHP method. In order to heighten the accuracy and effectiveness of the AHP,we have constructed the evaluation matrix through a comparison between the importance grade of the index according to the comparison table for each pair of corresponding indexes,which is followed by each index's weight we have obtained through the corresponding calculation and analysis. Therefore,we can categorize and sort out each index according to its own weight with the method of FAHP through a case study of the hot running process in the workshop of a certain enterprise. Furthermore,we have invited some distinguished experts to vote for each bottom index based on the actual applicability in the enterprise by evaluating the important grade of each bottom index. Such a kind of evaluation can be achieved by the normalization of the score,the likely fire and explosion risk liability grade by using the formula D= 0. 7087 from a matrix transformation model commonly used at the fuzzy evaluation stage. The results of our trial application of the sample example prove that such fire and explosion risk liability tends to be extremely high in the hot running workshops,in the flammable and explosive gas detection systems,under the power equipment fire condition,as well as the fire alarming systems and ventilation systems,which involve great potential of the significant impact on the fire and explosion risks. Therefore,a great attention has to be taken by the safety management workers and the corresponding departments to prevent such fire and explosion accidents.
