摘 要:为实现保护层开采工作面生产过程中瓦斯不超限,在分析工作面瓦斯来源的基础上,提出了保护层开采工作面竖向分层治理瓦斯的思路。根据相似模拟结果,分析了采空区瓦斯流动范围和流动范围内孔隙率、风阻分布特征。采用数值模拟分析了Y型通风、Y型通风+采空区埋管及Y型通风+采空区埋管+高抽巷+高位钻场3种瓦斯治理方式下采空区瓦斯体积分数场,结果表明:采空区瓦斯体积分数在竖直方向和水平方向均具有典型的递变特征,距工作面越远,距煤层越高,瓦斯体积分数越大;合适位置的煤层顶板高抽巷对抽采来自上邻近层的瓦斯具有较好的效果,试验条件下高抽巷抽采瓦斯量达到了总量的36.4%~63.6%;沿充填墙的采空区埋管不能完全拦截下层采空区进入沿空巷的采空区瓦斯,随沿空巷长度增加,瓦斯体积分数增大,建议沿空巷长度控制在250 m范围内。In order to avert the gas overrun in the process of coal mining,the present paper intends to bring about a vertical hierarchical goaf gas control method in hoping to protect the coal seam mining based on the analysis of the likely effective measures for protecting the gas source in the goaf. For the above mentioned purpose,we have analyzed the results of similar mining simulations while trying to identify the gas flow scope of the mined-out areas,which can be divided into three vertical blocks,that is,the caving zone,the lower part of the fracture zone and the higher part of the fracture zone. Furthermore,we have also worked out each of the rock porosity in the area on the basis of the relative variation of the upper and lower boundary displacements. And,next,we have also worked out the airflow resistance formulas of each block in view of the caving rock type and the compression degree. To solve the problem,we have gained three kinds of gas control solutions in accordance with the goaf gas concentration field through numerical simulation via a software known as the Fluent. Among them,the first is known as Y ventilation,the second one can be made known as Y ventilation with buried pipe in the goaf,whereas the third is named as Y ventilation with the buried pipe in the goaf with high-pressure gas drainage tunnel with high pressure drainage boreholes. The results of our simulation show that the goaf gas concentration in the vertical and horizontal directions tends to be typical of the successive features. That is,the farther away from the working face and the higher distance from the coal seam,the higher the gas concentration tends to be.Therefore,it would be possible for the high level drainage tunnel up in the coal seam in the gas flow scope to drain the high concentration gas efficiently,since the seam comes from the upper adjacent layer or layers.
