摘  要:根据最小能量原理,采用平衡图调节法解决矿井通风网络中风压不平衡的问题,建立矿井通风网络优化模型。根据矿山基本情况和平衡图原理绘制出通风网络"平衡图",采用不同的变换方法使得"平衡图"真正达到平衡,进而得出不同的优化调节方案,并进行风压平衡的验证。应用最小能量原理选出能耗最低的调节方案。并且,运用基于最小能量原理的平衡图调节法解决了矿山的实际问题,结果表明,运用该方法能形象直观地反映出风量、风压及功率之间的关系,在解决通风网络中风压不平衡问题的同时,既形象直观,又使得经济费用最低,保证矿山安全高效生产。The paper is aimed at introducing its method to solve the problem of unbalanced air pressure in the coal mine ventilation network based on the principle of minimum energy consumption. According to the principle of minimum energy consumption principle,it is believed to solve the problem of the unbalanced air pressure in the mining and set up the optimized model for regulating the ventilation network in a balanced way. For this purpose,we have been making efforts in regulating the equilibrium diagram and solving a series of critical problems in this way,such as unbalanced air pressure in the mine ventilation network,high economic cost,unstable fanning in the mine ventilation and so on.First of all,we have made a comparison between the equilibrium diagram adjustment method based on the principle of minimum energy and the currently available regulating methods from the point of view of scientific applicability and economic availability.And,then,we have schemed an"Equilibrium diagram"of ventilation network while considering the practical situations of the mine itself. We have also taken into consideration the different methods,particularly different optimal regulation methods into the"equilibrium diagram"and confirmed the applicability of the balanced air ventilation pressure project. Furthermore,we have also taken into account the principle of minimum energy consumption version in hoping to work out the optimized energy-efficient regulation scheme. And,finally,we have brought about a comprehensive balanced adjustment diagram in an integrated way based on the principle of minimum energy and greatest ventilation efficiency in this paper. The results of the practical application of the program have shown that the program based on the principle of minimum energy can basically reflect the relation among the air volume,air pressure and the power consumption.
