摘 要:为探讨桉木水溶性抽提物组分在热处理过程中迁移对材色的影响,对桉木弦切板试件进行热水抽提去除水溶性抽提物;然后在不同的温度和时间条件下,对去除水溶性抽提物的桉木试件进行抽提物迁移实验,分析不同时间和温度下抽提物在木材径向的迁移距离及迁移量,以及水溶性抽提物迁移对木材颜色的影响。研究表明:温度越高,抽提物迁移的速度越快;抽提物的迁移距离随时间延长而增加,在100℃,加热4 h时达到最大值51mm。抽提物分子极性不同,与木材其它组分的吸附性能各异,在80℃下抽提物在木材中随水分的迁移比较均匀。抽提物在木材内的吸附随时间的延长趋于稳定状态。随着水溶性抽提物的迁移,木材的颜色加深,促进了木材纹理间颜色趋于均匀。The experiment was conducted to study the effect of moving of water-soluble extractives in Eucalyptus on wood color during heat treatment by using the tangential timber of Eucalyptus. The water-soluble extractives moving experiment was conducted under different temperature and duration,the speed and amount of water-soluble extractives moving along with radical orientation at different temperatures and duration was evaluated,and the effect of extractives moving on wood color changes was also analyzed. The speed of extractives moving was increased with temperature increasing,the amount of extractives moving was increased with treated duration,and the moving distance reached 51 mm when heated for 4 h at 100℃. The moving and adsorption of the water-soluble extractives was stable when heat treated at 80 ℃,due to the different molecular polarity and adsorption performance. The adsorption of the extractives tended to be stable with the increasing of treatment time. Wood color was darkened and uniformed with the moving of extractives.
