摘  要:以异氰酸酯与白乳胶混合液为胶合剂,试验研究木材与纯铅(Pb)箔、木材与玻璃纤维(GF)强化Pb基复合箔材的胶合强度,分析胶合剂配比、Pb箔中GF质量分数对木材与Pb基复合箔材胶合强度的影响规律。结果表明:异氰酸酯与白乳胶所配胶合剂对木材与Pb箔有良好胶合作用,二者体积比为1∶1时,胶合强度最高,达到1.142 2 MPa;添加GF后,胶合强度均得到提高,随着Pb箔中GF质量分数的增加,先增加后降低,GF质量分数为1.5%时,胶合强度最高,为1.436 7 MPa。In order to increase the bonding strength of the wood-Pb foil composites,we studied the bonding properties of the wood-Pb and wood-Pb composites reinforced GF,and discussed the optimum ratio of isocyanates to emulsion adhesive and effect of GF content on the bonding strength between wood-GF / Pb sandwich plates. When the volume ratio between isocyanates and emulsion adhesive is 1 ∶ 1,the bond strength is highest,reaching 1. 142 2 MPa. The bonding strength of the wood-Pb composite is increased with the addition of GF. The bonding strength is increased firstly,and then decreased with the increasing of content of GF. When GF content is 1.5% in weight,the bonding strength is up to a maximum of 1.436 7MPa.
