摘  要:DY105钢丝(/%:0.90C,0.22Si,0.24Mn,0.012P,0.003S,0.002Ti,加入RE 0.10)的冶金工艺流程为40 t EAF-LF-VD-3 t铸锭-开坯180 mm×180 mm-轧制Φ6.5 mm盘条-500℃铅浴淬火-冷拔。DY105钢在冷拔过程出现断裂现象,经分析得出,断裂钢丝中出现部分针状马氏体组织和较多B类、TiN夹杂,是冷拔丝断裂的主要原因。通过将Al线脱氧改进成Al线+Al豆+C粉脱氧,软吹时间从15 min增至20 min,改进稀土加入方式,增加Φ6.5 mm钢丝铅浴时间等工艺措施,避免了该钢冷拔过程的断丝现象。The metallurgical process flowsheet for DYI05 steel wire (/%: 0. 90C, 0. 22Si, 0. 24Mn, 0. 012P, 0. 003S, 0. 002Ti, adding RE 0. 10) is 40 t EAF- LF- VD- 3 t ingot- breakdown 180 mm × 180 mm billet-rolled to Φ6. 5 mm coil- 500 ℃ lead bath quenched- Cold Drawn. The phenomenon of fracture of DY105 steel occurs in cold drawing process, and it is obtained by analysis that partial needle-shaped martensite structure and appreciable B-type and TiN inclu- sions in fractured wire are main reasons to produce cold drawn fracture of wire. With the process measures including modif- ying Al wire deoxidation to Al wire + Al shot + C powder deoxidation, increasing soft blowing time from 15 min to 20 min, improving rare earth elements adding method and increasing Φ6. 5 mm steel wire lead bath time, the phenomenon of wire fracture of the steel in cold drawn process is avoided.
