摘  要:针对空间矢量脉宽调制逆变器死区效应引起的误差电压矢量导致开关管实际导通时间和理想给定时间不相等的问题,从消除误差电压矢量着手,提出使用两个线性扩张状态观测器进行死区补偿的方法。分析了由于死区时间、开关管导通关断时间引起的死去效应,将误差电压矢量看作是加在d,q轴上的扰动,提出的方法可以有效抑制死区时间带来的不利影响。通过实验验证,证明该方法的有效性。Error vohage vector caused by dead-time effect of space vector pulse width modulation inverter was given in this paper. In order to make practical conduct time equal to ideal given time of swithing devices, a compensation strategy using twolinear extended state observers was proposed. Dead-time effect generated by the dead time, swithing devices turnon and turn-off time was analyzed, and the error voltage vector caused by dead-time was regarded as two disturbances imposed on dq axes in the rotor reference frame. This strategy provides a strong ability to suppress dead-time effects. Experiments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
