摘　　要：主要论述风邪是导致胸痹心痛的重要因素,故可用风药治疗;风药治疗此病的主要机制即疏风散火;活血通络;畅气通阳;升清降浊;宣肺燥湿,从而丰富了胸痹心痛的病因病机说,为中医药治疗胸痹心痛开阔了思路和方法,有一定的实际意义。This paper mainly discusses the wind evil is one of the important factors which lead to chest obstruction and heartache and so the drugs for expelling wind are available. The main mechanisms of the drugs for expelling wind treating this disease are dispelling wind to disperse fire,promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction,regulating qi to activate Yang,ascending the clear to descend the turbid and dispersing the lung to dry dampness so as to enrich the etiology and pathogenesis of chest obstruction and heartache said. For treatment of chest obstruction and heartache,it widens the ideas and methods of traditional Chinese medicine and has the certain practical significance.
