化瘀通便汤治疗慢传输型便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀通便汤治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将慢传输型便秘患者随机分为两组。治疗组应用院内制剂化瘀通便汤,对照组应用枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗。观察两组治疗后的临床症状并分析评价。结果:治疗后两组患者的便秘主症积分均较前有所改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:化瘀通便汤治疗慢传输型便秘疗效确切,值得临床借鉴。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Huayu Tongbian Decoction on slow transmissive constipation. Methods：The patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group according to the lottery method. The trail group was given Huayu Tongbian Decoction and the control given Maren Soft Capsule orally. Observe two groups＇ symptoms scores after 2 courses of treatment. Results： Symptom scores between the two groups after treatment between the two groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 01） and the trail group was better than the control group. Conclusion： Huayu Tongbian Decoction has remarkable clinical effect on slow both transmissive constipation,worthy of promoting.
