益肾泄浊方治疗围绝经期高血压病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾泄浊方治疗女性围绝经期高血压病的疗效。方法:将70例围绝经期高血压病患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各35例,对照组给予缬沙坦胶囊口服,治疗组在对照组基础上给予益肾泄浊方口服。观察并比较两组患者的动态血压、血压变异性、Kupperman评分,并检测患者的雌二醇(E2)、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果:治疗后治疗组能显著降低24 h平均收缩压、24 h平均舒张压、24h收缩压变异系数及24h舒张压变异系数,除舒张压变异系数外均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组E2、FSH、LH水平及Kupperman评分均显著改善,且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾泄浊方对围绝经期高血压病具有较好的降压作用,同时还能改善患者的更年期症状及性激素水平。Objective： To observe the effect of Yishen Xiezhuo Recipe（ YSXZR） on female patients with hypertension in the peri-menopausal period. Methods： Seventy cases of peri-menopausal hypertension were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,35 cases in each group. The control group was given valsartan capsules and the treatment group was given YSXZR on the basis of the control group. The ambulatory blood pressure,blood pressure variability and Kupperman score of the two groups were observed and compared. Estradiol（ E2）,follicle stimulating hormone（ FSH） and luteinizing hormone（ LH） were detected. Results： After treatment,the treatment group can significantly reduced 24-hour average systolic blood pressure,24 hours average diastolic blood pressure,24 h systolic pressure variation coefficient and 24 h diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient,except the diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient was better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of E2,FSH,LH and Kupperman score in the treatment group were significantly improved and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： YSXZR has a better anti-hypertensive effect on peri-menopausal hypertension and can improve the menopausal symptoms and sex hormone levels.
