大株红景天注射液联合前列地尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨大株红景天注射液联合前列地尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床效果。方法:将2014年8月—2016年8月在该院心内科治疗的220例冠心病心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上采用大株红景天注射液联合前列地尔治疗,2个疗程后比较两组患者的治疗效果、心肌酶谱及心衰标志物变化、血清炎性因子变化、超声心动图改变及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗有效率为92.73%,较对照组的80%显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CK-MB、LDH、AST、BNP均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、TNF-α、NO、SOD、CRP等炎性因子水平均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF、LVEDd、SV、FS等心功能指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:大株红景天注射液联合前列地尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭疗效显著,可有效增加冠脉血流,改善心脏功能,对抗炎性反应,保护心血管内皮,且无明显不良反应,具有积极的临床意义。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Sofren Injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of heart failure due to coronary heart disease. Methods： From August 2014 to August 2016 in the Department of Cardiology,220 cases of heart failure due to coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine western medicine and the observation group on the basis used Sofren Injection combined with alprostadil. After two courses of treatment,we compared the two groups＇ effect,myocardial enzyme spectrum of heart failure and sign changes,serum inflammatory factor changes,echocardiography map changes and adverse reactions. The observation group＇ s treatment effective rate was92. 73%,significantly higher than 80% of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s CK-MB,LDH,AST and BNP were significantly lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇s IL-6,TNF,no,SOD,CRP,inflammatory factor levels after treatment were lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The observation group＇ s LVEF,LVEDd,SV and FS after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups＇ adverse reaction rate had no significant difference（ P〉0. 05）. Results： Conclusion： Sofren Injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of heart failure due to coronary heart disease has remarkable curative effect and can effectively increase the blood flow of coronary artery,improve heart function,against inflammatory response and protect cardiovascular endothelium. And there is no significant adverse reaction and it is of positive significance.
