大株红景天注射液对肺栓塞心衰患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨大株红景天注射液治疗肺栓塞心衰的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年12月—2015年8月在邢台市人民医院住院治疗的肺栓塞心衰患者104例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组52例,对照组给于常规治疗,试验组在此基础上加用大株红景天注射液。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疗效、血气分析指标、肺动脉平均压力(PASP)、右室舒张末期内径(RVd)及血清NT-pro BNP的变化。结果:试验组总有效率显著高于对照组,氧分压(Pa O2)、肺动脉平均压力(PASP)、右室舒张末期内径(RVd)及血清NT-pro BNP:两组治疗10 d后较治疗前明显改善,且试验组治疗后较对照组治疗后明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:大株红景天注射液临床疗效显著,优于常规的西药治疗方法,可有效改善心功能,值得临床推广。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Sofren Injection on heart failure caused by pulmonary embolism patients. Methods： A total of 104 pulmonary embolism patients which were under treatment in Xingtai People Hospital from December2012 to August 2015 were collected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group（ 52 cases） and control group（ 52 cases）. They both received formal treatment. On this basis,experimental group added Sofren Injection. The changes of clinical efficacy,blood gas analysis index,pulmonary artery systolic pressure（ PASP）,right ventricular diastolic dimension（ RVd） and serum NT-pro BNP of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The oxygen partial pressure（ Pa O2）,PASP,RVd and serum NT-pro BNP： After ten days＇ treatment,the data of both two groups improved significantly compared with those before treatment and experimental group＇s improved significantly compared with control group＇ s（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Sofren Injection is remarkable and superior to conventional western medicine therapy. It may improve cardiac function and it is worth using widely in clinical practice.
