手足口病方联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨手足口病方联合阿昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的疗效及对血清免疫球蛋白的影响。方法:80例手足口患儿随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组予阿昔洛韦注射液抗病毒治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用手足口病方(糖浆剂型),比较两组患儿临床症状体征消失时间及住院时间,并比较治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白的变化。结果:观察组患儿退热时间、疱疹消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿后免疫球蛋白Ig G、Ig M较治疗前明显降低,Ig A明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且治疗后观察组患儿Ig G、Ig M低于对照组,Ig A高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手足口病方联合阿昔洛韦治疗手足口病可调节患儿的免疫功能,缩短病程及住院时间。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of HFMD prescription combined with acyclovir in the treatment of children with HFMD. Methods： Eighty cases of children with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with antiviral therapy and acyclovir injection. The observation group were combined with HFMD prescription（ syrup）. The clinical symptoms and signs disappearance time and hospitalization time and the changes of serum immune globulin after treatment in the two groups of patients were compared. Results： The fever time,bleb disappear time and hospital stay time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the immunoglobulin Ig G and Ig M were significantly reduced than those before treatment.The Ig A was significantly increased and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the Ig G and Ig M in observation group were lower than those in control group. Ig A was higher than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The HFMD prescription combined with acyclovir in the treatment of hand-feed-mouth disease can regulate the immune function of the children and shorten the course of disease and hospitalization time.
