资癸女贞胶囊治疗复发性流产的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察资癸女贞胶囊对复发性流产的疗效。方法 76例复发性流产患者采用数字表法随机分为研究组(n=45)和对照组(n=31)。对照组单纯应用雌二醇贴片,研究组联合雌二醇贴片和资癸女贞胶囊,治疗3个月期间监测排卵后子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流搏动指数、阻力指数、子宫内膜厚度及类型、黄体期孕酮和雌二醇浓度,随访1年后的妊娠和活产情况。结果研究组子宫内膜厚度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),A型内膜数目明显增多(P<0.05),排卵日子宫内膜血流搏动指数和阻力指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);1年后随访,研究组临床妊娠率和活产率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论雌二醇贴片联合资癸女贞胶囊可显著改善复发性流产患者的子宫内膜血供,优化内膜厚度和类型,改善黄体功能,提高子宫内膜容受性,提高这类患者的临床妊娠率和活产率,为复发性流产的治疗提供了新途径。Objective To observe the effects of Zi Gui Nv Zhen capsule on recurrent spontaneous abortion（ RSA）. Methods Seventysix RSA patients were divided into study group（ n = 45） and control group（ n = 31） randomly. The patients in the study group were treated with estradiol hemihydrates patches combined with Zi Gui Nv Zhen capsules,and the those in control group were treated with estradiol hemihydrate patches alone. Both groups were treated for 3 cycles. The endometrium thickness and type,the pulsation index（ PI） and resistance index（ RI） of uterine helicine artery blood flow after ovulation were monitored,serum estradiol and progesterone were detected in luteal phase. The clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate were followed up. Results After treatment for 3 cycles,the study group obtained more type A endometrium,lower PI and RI significantly,and the endometrium thickness in study group increases more than that in control group significantly. After one year,the study group obtained higher clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate significantly.Conclusion Estradiol hemihydrate patches combined with Zi Gui Nv Zhen capsule can improve the endometrial blood flow and corpus luteum function,optimize the type of endometrium in RSA patients,improve the endometrium receptivity,and increase their pregnancy rate and live birth rate. It indicates that Estradiol hemihydrate patches combined with Zi Gui Nv Zhen capsule provide new treatment method for RSA patients.
