摘　　要：在应用型本科教育中,实践教学对人才培养的作用越来越突出。作为大学生必修课的思想政治理论课的实践教学改革,业已成为各高校教学改革的重点。调查发现,应用型院校思政课实践教学尚存在学校统筹保障措施不到位、缺乏系统性、教师指导能力不足、学生不重视等问题,并据此提出了5个方面的改进措施,即建立多部门联动机制、构建思政课实践教学一体化体系、培训师资队伍、加强基地建设、充分调动学生参与的积极性等。The role of practical teaching in talent training is more and more prominent in applied undergraduate education. The practical teaching reformation of ideological and political theory, a compulsory course for college students, has become the focus of the teaching reform of colleges and universities. Such problems as the school lacking systematic, overall security measures, the teachers lacking instructive ability and the students＇ neglect in the practical teaching of ideological and political theory in applied colleges are investigated, and improvement measures are put forward from five aspects, i.e. establishing multi-divisional linkage mechanism, setting up a system of integrated practical teaching, training teachers, strengthening base construction, and fully arousing the students＇ enthusiasm.
