5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗儿童尖锐湿疣临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法（5-ALA-PDT）治疗儿童尖锐湿疣的临床疗效和安全性。方法儿童尖锐湿疣患者45例,将20%5-氨基酮戊酸皮损处局部封包,3 h后用半导体激光照射,能量密度100~120 J/cm2,照射时间20~30 min。每隔7~10 d治疗1次,共接受3次治疗,治疗后随访3个月评估疗效、复发率及不良反应。结果疣体治愈率91.1%,复发率8.9%,主要不良反应为轻度疼痛、糜烂和渗出。未见溃疡、瘢痕和系统不良反应发生。结论 5-ALA-PLT疗法治疗儿童尖锐湿疣疗效显著、复发率低、安全性高、耐受性好,值得临床推广。Objective In order to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-ALA-PDT in the treatment of children condyloma acuminatum. Methods Forty-five children patients with condyloma acuminatum whose lesions were packed by 20%5-ALA-PDT for three hours,would be treated by irradiating semiconductor laser 20 to 30 minutes, every 7 to 10 days. All patients were treated for three times. All patients were followed up for three months. The therapeutic effects and safty were evaluated.Results The cure rate of condyloma acuminatum was 91.1%. The recurrence rate was 8.9%. The most of local adverse effects were mild pain, erosion and exudates. No ulcer, scar and systematic were happened. Conclusion 5-ALA-PLT is an effective with low recurrence, and safe therapy with well tolerated for the treatment of children condyloma acuminatum. The method should be worthy of clinical promotion.
