摘　　要：针对城镇住房保障对象出现的不诚信行为,构建了住房保障对象诚信评价指标体系,并根据评价结果设置奖惩措施和分级监管措施。这不仅可以改变保障对象的行为预期,减少不诚信行为。还可以提高政府部门的工作效率,降低审核、监管成本。In view of the non-credit behavior of the urban housing security system,the evaluation index system of the housing security object is constructed,and according to the evaluation results to set the reward and punishment measures and grading supervision measures. This can not only change the behavior of the object of protection is expected to reduce the dishonest behavior. can also improve the efficiency of government departments to reduce the audit,regulatory costs.
