金丝桃苷在大鼠体内药物动力学研究

摘　　要：目的:对山楂叶单体成分的药物动力学行为进行研究,为新药作用机理及临床应用研究提供依据。方法:运用HPLC技术建立大鼠血浆样品中金丝桃苷分析方法。结果:金丝桃苷大鼠静脉给药后,呈三室模型。结论:本实验建立了一种测定大鼠血浆中金丝桃苷的快速、选择性好的分析方法。Objective：Study on the pharmacokinetic behavior of hawthorn leaf monomer composition research,provide the basis for new drug action mechanism and clinical application research. Methods：Establish HPLC method to analyze hyproside in rat plasma sample. Results：Hyproside presented the 3 rooms model in rats after intravenous administration,a rapid absorption and elimination process. Conclusion：Establish a analysis method to determine hyprodide in rat plasma,from the methodological investigation data,this method is specific,is not affected by other impurities in biological samples,separating degree better;Accurate,high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and accordance with the requirements of the biological sample analysis.
