补肾养血方联合环孢素治疗再生障碍性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾养血方联合环孢素治疗再生障碍性贫血临床效果。方法:选取2010年12月—2013年12月在本院收治的120例再生障碍性贫血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组予环孢素治疗,观察组在此基础上联合服用自拟补肾养血方,比较两组患者临床效果、平均起效时间及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者总有效率为71.67%,高于对照组患者46.67%;观察组患者平均起效时间为(45.6±3.8)d,对照组平均起效时间为(69.5±4.9)d,比较差异有统计学意义;两组均未发生手颤、多毛症等表现,部分患者出现肝功能损害、腹泻、厌食、高血压、牙龈增生等现象,观察组患者较对照组发生不良反应率低,差异有统计学意义。结论:补肾养血方联合环孢素治疗再生障碍性贫血疗效确切、安全,且起效时间快,值得临床应用。Objective：To investigate clinical effects of Bushen Yangxue Decoction combined with cyclosporine on aplastic anemia treatment. Methods：A total of 120 cases of aplastic anemia patients in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2013 was selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and observation group,the patients in control group were treated with cyclosporine,the observation group were given Bushen Yangxue Decoction on the basis of the control group,efficacy of the two groups,verage onset time and adverse reaction incidencewere compared.Results：The total efficiency of the patients in the observation group,was 71.67%,higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,the mean onset time of observation group patients was（45.6±3.8）d,the average onset time in the control group was（69.5±4.9）d,differences have statistical significance,there was no novice gingival hyperplasia and hirsutism occurred,and some patients appear liver function damage,diarrhea,anorexia,hypertension and fibrillation,occurred adverse reaction rate of observed group was lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Treatment of Bushen Yangxue Decoction combined with cyclosporine had effect,safety,and faster onset time,worthy of clinical application.
