百会穴隔物灸协同治疗小儿肺虚感寒型过敏性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察百会穴隔物灸协同治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎临床疗效。方法:124例患者随机分成两组,治疗组62例,以口服开瑞坦配合百会穴隔物灸治疗;对照组62例仅口服开瑞坦。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.16%,对照组总有效率为83.87%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且一年复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:百会穴隔物灸对小儿过敏性鼻炎能产生协同作用,并减少病情复发,有较好的疗效。Objective：To investigate the effect on therapeutic effctiveness by cake-partition moxibustion on Baihui in synergetic treating children allergic rhinitis of lung-asthenia feeling cold. Methods：124 children allergic rhinitis of lung-asthenia feeling cold were assigned equally to two groups：the treatment group（treated by cake-partition moxibustion and oral loratadine）,the control group（only treated by loratadine）. Results：After treatment,the cure effective of treatment group rate was 95.16%,and control group rate 83.87%. There was more significant between the two group（P〈0.05）,and one year recurrence rate between the two group was more significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Allergic rhinitis of lung-asthenia feeling cold treated by cake-partition moxibustion on Baihui can product synergetic effect,reduce residua and have good clinical effect.
