摘 要:在环己烷、乙醇和水的混合溶液中,采用共沉淀法制备四氧化三铁-碳纳米管复合材料(CNTs-Fe_3O_4),利用扫描电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱对CNTs-Fe_3O_4进行了表征.将CNTs-Fe_3O_4水相分散液滴涂到磁性碳糊电极(MCPE)表面,制备出一种新型电化学苯酚传感器(CNTs-Fe_3O_4/MCPE),利用电化学交流阻抗技术和循环伏安法表征CNTs-Fe_3O_4/MCPE的制备过程.在优化条件下,利用CNTs-Fe_3O_4/MCPE对不同浓度苯酚进行检测,结果表明,其线性响应范围为1×10^(-6)~1×10^(-4)M,相关系数R=0.996,检测限为1.81×10^(-7)M(S/N=3).所制备的苯酚传感器响应迅速、稳定、灵敏度高,可用于对微量苯酚的检测,在环境监测领域具有潜在的应用价值.CNTs-Fe_3O_4 magnetic nanocomposites were prepared by in situ chemical precipitation using oleate as reactant and surfactant at the liquid – liquid interface of cyclohexane / ethanol / water mixture solvent. The as-prepared samples were characterized via transmission electron microscopy,Fourier transform infrared.CNTs-Fe_3O_4 nanocomposite was suspended in pure water. Then,the mixture was dropped onto the magnetic carbon paste electrode and dried at room temperature. The preparation process of CNTs-Fe_3O_4/ MCPE was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. Under the optimized conditions,the results of chronoamperometry( CA) showed that the response current of the sensor was proportional to phenol concentration in the range between 1 × 10-6and 1 × 10^(-4)M with the correlation coefficient of 0. 996 and the limit of detection of 1. 81 × 10^(-7)M( S / N = 3). The sensor showed an inherent stability,fast response,and high sensitivity. This strategy might provide more opportunities for the electrochemical determination of phenol in practical applications.
