慢性肾衰方治疗老年慢性肾功能不全的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察慢性肾衰方治疗老年慢性肾功能不全脾肾气虚兼湿浊证患者的临床疗效。方法61例慢性肾功能不全患者按随机数字表分为两组,治疗组31例,对照组30例。对照组给予优质低蛋白饮食,补充必需氨基酸,控制血压、血糖,纠正水电解质紊乱、贫血等常规治疗。治疗组在对照组的治疗上加用慢性肾衰方治疗3个月。检测治疗前后血肌酐、血尿素氮、肾小球滤过率、胱抑素C的变化。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后血肌酐和尿素氮均较治疗前下降(P<0.01),肾小球滤过率较治疗前上升(P<0.01),胱抑素C较治疗前下降(P<0.05);对照组治疗后血肌酐和尿素氮均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),肾小球滤过率无差异(P>0.05)。结论慢性肾衰方可能改善肾功能,提高肾小球滤过率,延缓老年早、中期慢性肾脏病病程,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ManXingShenShuai Formula in the treatment of senile patients of chronic kidney disease with spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness. Method The patients were randomly divided into conventional western medicine treating group （control group, 30 cases） and conventional western medicine plus Ma- nXingShenShuai Formula treating group （treatment group, 31 cases）. The serum creatinine （SCr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, cystatin-c （Cys-c） and glomerular filtration rate （GFR） were examined before and after 3 months＇ treatments. Result Combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine can improve symptoms： decrease the level of SCr, BUN and Cys-c, increase the level of GFR in senile CKD patients. Conclusion ManXingShenShuai Formula combined with conventional western medicine can improve renal fimction, improve clinical effect and slow down the course of senile CKD at early stage.
