威伐光联合药物对老年人急性期带状疱疹的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究局部威伐光照射联合阿昔洛韦、加巴喷丁对于老年人急性期带状疱疹的疗效。方法共45例患者分为研究组（n=22，威伐光组）及对照组（n=23），分别评估治疗后的皮损愈合情况、疼痛缓解程度以及生活质量的变化。结果通过COX回归分析结果显示，威伐光组中皮损较对照组更快愈合（RR=2．64，95％CI1．36～5．13，P=0．004），疼痛以及生活质量的改善程度优于对照组。结论威伐光能够加快老年人急性期带状疱疹的皮损愈合，缓解疼痛和改善生活质量。Objective To evaluate the curative effect of local water-filtered infrared A （wIRA） irradiation, combining with acyclovir and gabapentin in the treatment of acute herpes zoster in elderly people. Methods 45 herpes zoster patients were divided into study group （n =22, wIRA group） and control group （n =23）. The curative effect was evaluated by healing of skin lesion, pain relief and quality of life. Results Cox regression analysis showed that the wlRA group was su- perior to the control group in healing of skin lesion （RR = 2.64,95 % CI 1.36to5.13, P= 0.004）, pain relief and improvement of quality of life. Conclusion The wIRA is effective in the treatment of acute herpes zoster in elderly people, which can accelerate lesion healing and relieve pain.
