湿性敷料在老年阴囊佩吉特病创面感染应用中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察湿性敷料用于老年阴囊佩吉特病(Paget's disease)感染创面的护理效果。方法将58例阴囊Paget病术后创面感染的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组29例,观察组根据感染的情况采用不同的湿性敷料处理,对照组采用2%碘仿纱条引流。观察2组患者创面愈合时间、换药次数、换药时间和患者的舒适度等情况。结果所有患者创面全部治愈;观察组患者创面无须Ⅱ期缝合;与对照组比较,观察组在愈合时间、换药次数和换药时间方面差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组换药时舒适度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论湿性敷料能有效治疗老年阴囊Paget病术后创面感染,缩短创面愈合时间,减少换药次数,减轻患者疼痛感,提高舒适度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of moist dressing on the elderly patients with scrotum Paget＇s disease. Methods 58 elderly cases with scrotal Paget＇s disease and postoperative wound infection were randomly divided into obser- vation group and control group, 29 cases each group. The observation group were undergone different moist dressing treatment on the basis of the infection, and the control group were used the traditional dressing 2 % iodoform gauze. The wound healing time, dressing change times, dressing time and patient comfort were evaluated, respectively. Results All the patients in the 2 groups were cured. The patients in the observation group were not required phase II suture. Compared with the control group, the healing time, the times of dressing change and the time of dressing change were significantly shorter （P〈0.05）. The comfort degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Moist dressing is effective in the treatment of postoperative wound infection in elderly patients with scrotum Paget＇s disease, shortens the wound healing time, reduces the number of dressing changes, reduces the pain, and improves comfort degree, which is worthy of clinical application.
