摘 要:采用平面应变假设、正交各向异性幂强化材料模型,推导了板料流经拉深筋过程中应力、应变的分布规律。针对试验过程中观察到的由于板料与拉深筋之间会发生分离,从而造成实际弯曲半径增大的现象,提出了有效弯曲半径的修正方法。建立了板料流经拉深筋时厚度减薄的解析模型,并与试验结果进行对比,验证了模型的正确性。基于此模型,研究了拉深筋参数对板厚减薄的影响,结果表明,拉深筋参数对板厚减薄影响较大。减薄随拉深筋高度增加而增大,二者近似呈线性关系,随拉深筋圆角半径的增大而减小。Adopting plane strain assumption and power law hardening material model,the distribution of stress and strain of the sheet metal flowing through the drawbead was deduced.In order to take account bending radius increase caused by separating the sheet metal and the drawbead,which was found in the experiment,the effective bending radius was modified.Finally,the analytic model to predict thinning of the sheet flowing through the drawbead was proposed,which agrees with the experiment data.Based on this model,the effect of drawbead parameters on thinning was investigated.The result shows that the drawbead parameters influence the thinning of sheet evidently.The thinning increases appropriately linearly as the height of drawbead increases,and decreases as the radius of drawbead increases.
