摘  要:针对3种典型的冲压锌层剥落零件进行了锌层元素分布和形貌研究,分析了锌层剥落的具体原因并寻求解决的措施。结果表明,镀锌工艺前来料的表面碳氧化合物、夹杂物和合金化温度过高影响了热镀锌中间层的形成和锌铁合金不同相的比例,降低了锌层粘附性,最终导致冲压过程锌层的剥落。Via the analysis of the alloy elements distribution and the appearance of zinc coating,the possible reasons for three typical zinc coating exfoliation in stamping parts were studied.In addition,some measures to prevent coating exfoliation were also given.The result shows that the carbon oxides,inclusions in the surface of cold rolling sheet and excessive annealing temperature affect the forming process of intermediate layer and the ratio between different Ferro-Zinc phases,reduce the adhesion of the zinc coating and all these reasons result in the exfoliation of the zinc coating.
