摘　　要：加强农业科研管理创新性是新形势下的必然要求。文章在分析传统农业科研管理现状的基础上,阐述了农业科研管理创新性的含义,提出健全政策法规的引导、建立有效的绩效考核制度、创新信息化科研管理平台和走国际化路线等加强农业科研创新管理的建议。It is very necessary to explore innovative agricultural scientific research management under new situation. Based on the analysis of the current status of the traditional agricultural scientific research management, the implications of innovative management of agricultural scientific research were expounded in the paper. Then suggestions were put forward, which included sounding the guidance of laws and regulations, establishing the effective performance evaluation system, innovating information management platform of scientific research, and taking the course of globalization.
