浅议农业科研基地基础设施建设的思路——以江苏省农业科学院六合动物科学基地为例

摘　　要：农业科研试验基地是保障农业科研工作正常开展的必备条件,科研基地基础设施建设的高起点、高标准是基地长期良好运行的保障。文章以江苏省农业科学院六合动物科学基地为例,阐述了基地的建设现状,分析了基础设施建设存在的问题及原因,提出了科学规划布局、拓宽融资渠道、合理配置人员队伍、加强与地方政府的沟通协调等促进基地基础设施建设的建议,以期确保科研基地的基础设施实用、耐用,真正满足科研需求,更好地服务于科研工作。Experiment station for agricultural scientific research plays essential role to carry out the studies on scientific research. High starting points and standards on infrastructure construction of experiment station are the guarantees of good agricultural research work. Taking Liuhe Animal Science Base of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example, current status of the base was elaborated, and problems and main causes in construction of infrastructure were analyzed. Suggestions for promoting construction of infrastructure in the base were put forward, such as making a scientific plan and distribution, broadening financing channel, arranging personnel team properly, and strengthening contact and cooperation with local government. So the infrastructure construction of experiment station can satisfy the requirements for scientific research with practical and durable facilities, and serve scientific research better.
