摘  要:为研究生产过程中产出率具有动态学习效应、需求依赖于库存水平的生产库存优化模型,建立了允许缺货和不允许缺货两种情形下的总平均成本最小化成本函数。针对两类情形下成本函数的高度非线性,采用牛顿迭代法得到最优生产量和最优生产时间。数值与敏感性分析表明,在早期生产阶段学习效应对最优生产量与最优生产时间有显著影响,在后期产出率将达到一个稳定的状态,学习效应发挥作用有限。在不允许缺货情形下,学习效应条件下的最优生产量和最优生产时间均小于无学习效应条件下的最优生产量和最优生产时间;在允许缺货情形下,学习效应条件下生产库存模型的缺货时间更长、生产时间更短、最优生产量更大。随着学习系数的增大,最优生产量快速增加、最优生产时间减少。To research the optimization problem of production inventory of stock-dependent products under learning effect of productivity, two functions of minimizing total cost with shortage and without shortage were established. Aiming at the high nonlinearity of these two functions, the optimal production quantity and optimal production time were obtained with Newton iterative method. To illustrate the impact of learning effect on the result, numerical and sensitive analysis was conducted. The results showed that the learning effect played an important role in the early production stage, but the productivity reached a stable state in the later period, so the learning effect was limited. In the case of without shortage, the optimal production time and optimal production quantities with learning effect were less than those without learning effect. In the case of with shortage, compared with the model without learning effect, the model with learning effect had shorter optimal shortage time and shorter optimal production time, but larger optimal production quantities. With the increasing of learning coefficient, the optimal production quantity in- creased rapidly, but the optimal production time decreased.
