摘　　要：特色专业实习实训基地的建设,是加强学生专业实践能力,全面培养职业技能的有效措施,为探索多样化的实践教学模式创造有利条件,将带动实践教学水平的全面提升,产生优势富集效应。在基地建设的目标和理念的指导下,改革人才培养模式,探索以产带学型学风的建设,对于实习实训基地的进一步发展具有重要意义。文章将探讨符合应用型人才培养的以产带学型学风建设考核指标体系的构建。The construction of practice and training bases for featured majors is an effective measure to enhance students＇ professional practice ability and comprehensively cultivate their vocational skills. It also creates favorable conditions for the exploration of diversified practice teaching models, so it will bring along the overall improvement of practice teaching level and generate predominance enrichment. Guided by the goals and ideas of base construction, we reform the talent cultivation model, and explore the construction of the learning style of promoting study through production, aiming to promote the further development of practice and training bases. This paper will explore the construction of the evaluation index system for the construction of the learning style of promoting study through production that meets the cultivation of applied talents.
