摘　　要：本文根据服务科学的特点,将案例教学法引入"服务运作管理"课程教学;提出了"就地取材,跟踪调研"的服务运作管理教学案例选取方法及其实施过程;分析了案例教学在服务运作管理教学中的应用;最后总结了案例教学的几点体会。In accordance with the characteristics of service science, this paper introduces case-based teaching method to the teaching of ＂Service Operations Management＂, proposes the case selection method and implementation process based on ＂using materials at hand and tracking research＂, analyzes the application of case-based teaching to the teaching of the course, and finally summarizes some experience in case-based teaching.
