摘　　要：简要介绍了电动乘用车高压线束的功能用途和国内外研制情况。从电动乘用车使用特点、要求和环境入手,分析了电动乘用车高压线束的性能要求和设计要点,即耐高压、耐大电流、耐环境性、屏蔽性和安全可靠等。分别详细论述了高压电缆、高压连接器及其接触件的主要设计过程,给出了高压线束总体设计方案。最后介绍了研制样品的性能测试情况。从测试结果可以得出,研制的高压线束能够满足电动乘用车的使用要求。The function, use and domestic and foreign development of high-voltage harness for electric commuter car are briefly introduced. Starting with the characteristics, requirements and using environment of electric commuter car, the required performances and design points of high-voltage harness for electric commuter ear are analyzed, including high-voltage resistance, large-current resistance, environment durability, shield performance and safety, etc. The main design processes of the high-voltage wire, high-voltage connector and its contact are separately discussed in detail. Then the total design scheme of the high-voltage harness is given. At last, the performance tests of the harness samples are introduced. The tests results show that the developed harness can meet the operating requirements of electric commuter car.
