摘　　要：目的识别、分析与评价上海市杨浦区某机械制造企业可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,确定建设项目的职业病危害类别,为该企业职业病危害分类管理提供科学依据;同时确定该企业在职业病防治方面的可行性,为其设计提供必要的职业病危害防护对策和建议。方法采用现场调查法、检测检验法和检查表法,对该机械制造企业工作场所中存在的职业病危害因素及接触水平、防护设施合理性进行控制效果评价。结果该企业工作场所涉及乙二醇、噪声等职业病危害因素,乙二醇浓度、噪声强度均未超标,采取的职业病防护设施对职业病危害因素总体控制较好。结论该企业机械制造项目属于"职业病危害较重"的建设项目。从职业病危害水平上综合分析,该企业可以申请竣工验收。该企业在正式投入生产运行后,应按照相关法规和建议加强职业卫生管理。[Objective] To identify,analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazards and harm degree in a machinery manufacturing enterprise of Yangpu District of Shanghai,determine the types of occupational hazards in construction projects,provide scientific basis for classification management of occupational hazards in the enterprise,investigate the feasibility of occupational prevention and control measures,and put forward the necessary occupational prevention measures and suggestions.[Methods]By using the field survey method,inspection method and checklist method,the occupational hazards and exposure level,and the rationality of protection facilities in the workplace of the machinery manufacturing enterprise were evaluated.[Results]The occupational hazards in workplace included the ethylene glycol and noise. The ethylene glycol concentration and noise intensity both met the standards. The occupational protection facilities have basically controlled the occupational hazards.[Conclusion]The machinery manufacturing enterprise belongs to the construction project with serious occupational hazard. By the comprehensive analysis of occupational hazard level,the enterprise can apply for final acceptance. The enterprise should strengthen the occupational health management according to the relevant regulations and recommendations after the formal operation.
