摘  要:目的对辽宁某铝型材生产项目存在的职业病危害因素及采取的防护措施进行分析和评价,提出相应的对策和措施,预防、控制或消除职业病危害,保护劳动者身体健康。方法采用职业卫生调查法、检查表分析法、职业卫生检测法和职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,在综合分析的基础上对该项目职业病危害现状进行定性和定量评价。结果作业场所中的粉尘、紫外辐射、手传振动、氮氧化物、臭氧、氨、一氧化碳、锰及其化合物、氢氧化钠、硫酸、铬及其化合物、苯、甲苯、二甲苯等均未超过国家规定的职业接触限值,但是有57.58%的岗位噪声强度超过国家规定的职业接触限值。结论其作业场所中的防尘和防毒措施效果较好,防噪设施还应加强。对接触噪声工人要配备专用防护用品,提高工人的自我保护和防护意识。[Objective]To analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards and protective measures in an aluminum profile production project in Liaoning, put forward related protective countermeasures and suggestions to prevent, control or eliminate the occupational hazards,and protect the health of workers.[Methods]The data and information were collected by the occupational health investigation,checklist analysis,occupational health detection and occupational health examination. The qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation on occupational hazards were performed on the basis of comprehensive analysis.[Results]In the workplace,the concentrations and intensities of dust,ultraviolet radiation,hand transmitted vibration,nitrogen oxides,ozone,ammonia,carbon monoxide,manganese and its compounds,sodium hydroxide,sulfuric acid,chromium and its compounds,benzene,toluene and xylene did not exceed the occupational exposure limits. However,the intensities of noise exceeded the occupational exposure limits at 57.58% of positions. [Conclusion] The protective measures against dust and toxicants in the workplace have good effect,and the anti-noise facilities should be strengthened. The workers exposed to noise should be equipped with special protective facilities,and it is necessary to improve the self-protection and protection consciousness among workers.
