摘　　要：目的了解北京市区和郊区医务人员健康素养水平现状,探讨其影响因素。方法采用分层多阶段PPS抽样方法,确定3 405名、18～59岁的医疗卫生机构工作人员为调查对象。采用面对面调查,使用《2013年北京市医务人员健康素养监测调查问卷》,由调查对象自填或采用询问方式调查完成,单因素分析使用χ^2检验,多因素采用logistic回归分析。结果 2013年北京市区和郊区医务人员健康素养水平合格率为61.4%,多因素分析结果显示,市/郊区（OR=1.287,P〈0.05）、性别（OR=1.556,P〈0.05）、文化程度（OR=1.271,P〈0.05）、家庭年收入（OR=1.159,P〈0.05）是北京市和郊区医务人员健康素养水平的影响因素。结论 2013年北京市和郊区医务人员健康素养水平高于2012年的全国医务人员健康素养水平,但仍有一定的提升空间,建议针对性地定期开展健康教育工作,强化健康素养技能培训,提高医务人员健康素养水平。[Objective]To know the status of health literacy level among medical workers in urban area and suburb of Beijing,explore the influencing factors.[Methods]3405 medical workers aged 18-59 years old were collected by the stratified multistage PPS sampling. With the face-to-face survey,the respondents were investigated by the Questionnaire on health literacy monitoring of medical staff in Beijing in 2013,by the self-administered or inquiry method. Univariate analysis was performed by the chi square test while multiple factors analysis was conducted by using logistic regression analysis.[Results]The qualified rate of health literacy level among medical workers in urban area and suburb of Beijing was 61.4%. The multiple factors analysis results showed that urban area/suburb（OR=1.287,P〈0.05）,gender（OR=1.318,P〈0.05）,educational background（OR=1.271,P〈0.05）,and annual family income（OR=1.159,P〈0.05） were the influencing factors of health literacy level among medical workers in urban area and suburb of Beijing.[Conclusion]The health literacy level among medical workers in urban area and suburb of Beijing in 2013 is higher than that among medical workers in China in 2012,but there is some room for improvement. It is necessary to regularly carry out targeted health education work,strengthen health literacy skills training,and improve the level of health literacy among medical workers.
