针药结合对突发性耳聋患者的疗效及血清内皮素、一氧化氮含量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针药结合对突发性耳聋患者的疗效及血清内皮素、一氧化氮含量的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将60例突发性耳聋患者分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗的基础上辨证选穴位,采用穴位针刺结合药物注射治疗。结果观察组的总体有效率为93.33%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);两组治疗前、后血清ET、NO含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组血清ET含量明显低于对照组,血清NO含量明显高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在西医常规用药的基础上应用针药结合治疗突发性耳聋疗效确切,能明显改善患者内耳微循环功能障碍,提高患者听力。Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs on sudden hearing loss patients and its serum endothelin and nitric oxide level. Methods 60 patients with sudden heating loss were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with chinese herb on the basis of above western medicine. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% in control group （P〈0.05）; There was significantly difference in concentration of serum endothelin and nitric oxide between before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. However, the concentration of serum endothelin in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, while the concentration of serum nitric oxide was significantly higher （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs on sudden hearing loss patients has definite effective. It can significantly improve inner ear microcirculation dysfunction and hearing of patients.
