综合护理干预对缓解大面积烧伤患者焦虑的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预在缓解大面积烧伤患者焦虑中的应用价值。方法选取2014年5月至2016年1月我院收治的大面积烧伤患者42例作为研究对象,对所有患者均给予综合护理干预,比较干预前后患者焦虑情况。结果前三次护理干预前后,患者SAS评分与干预前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第四次护理干预后,患者SAS评分与护理前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效缓解大面积烧伤患者焦虑情绪,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nursing intervention on relaxing the anxiety in patients with extensive bums. Methods Fourty-two cases of patients with extensive burns admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to January 2016 were selected as study objects, and were given comprehensive nursing intervention. The anxiety situation before and after the nursing were compared. Results The SAS score of patients in former three times had no significant difference before and after nursing intervention （P〉0.05）; at the fourth time, the SAS score of patients had a significant difference before and after the nursing intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a great effect on relaxing the early stage of anxiety in patients with extensive bums and is worthy of popularizing.
