复合环氧树脂阻燃改性研究

摘  要:使用环氧树脂E51与固化剂聚醚胺WHR-H023以质量配合比为3∶1的比例混合制备树脂基体,以聚磷酸铵、可膨胀石墨、氢氧化铝作阻燃剂,添加到树脂基体中,制备出具有阻燃性的复合环氧树脂。测试分析样品的阻燃性能、拉伸性能。结果表明,以聚磷酸铵、可膨胀石墨和氢氧化铝作阻燃剂,添加量均为2.5%时,制得的复合环氧树脂的极限氧指数分别为21.6、21.1和19.7,添加聚磷酸铵的阻燃效果好于可膨胀石墨和氢氧化铝;拉伸强度分别为50.33、46.22和44.25MPa。添加阻燃剂可以提高材料的阻燃性能和拉伸性能。Resin matrix was composed of epoxy resin E51 and polyether amine WHR-H023 in a mass ratio of 3 : 1, APP,EG and AI(OH)3 were took as additive flame retardant which were added to the resin matrix with ratio 0% ~15%, with the purpose of made the flame retardant epoxy resin. LOI and tensile properties of resin matrix were tested. Result showed that:the LOI of resin matrix with APP,EG and Al(OH)3 were 21.6,21. 1 andl9.7 when the additive amount was 2.5 %, the fire-retardant property of resin matrix with APP was better than which had EG or AI(OH)3 as fire retardant. The tensile stress of resin matrix with APP,EG and Al(OH)3 were 50.33MPa,46.22MPa and 44.25MPa. The fire-retard- ant property and tensile properties of the resin matrix with fire retardant were improved.
