摘 要:将浓度为10%(wt,质量分数,下同)的完全醇解的聚乙烯醇(PVA)水溶液与聚3,4-乙撑二氧噻吩∶聚对苯乙烯磺酸根阴离子(PEDOT∶PSS)分散液经高速搅拌共混制得纺丝液,采用湿法纺丝的方法制备PVA/PEDOT∶PSS复合导电纤维。通过向甲醇凝固浴中添加异丙醇改善PVA/PEDOT∶PSS复合导电纤维的表面微观形貌、导电及拉伸力学性能。混合凝固浴中异丙醇与甲醇的质量比分别为0∶1、1∶5、1∶4、1∶3、1∶2和1∶1,探究异丙醇添加量的变化对PVA/PEDOT∶PSS复合导电纤维表面微观形貌及力学、导电性能的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱分析仪、高阻计和电子单纤维强力仪对复合纤维进行测试表征。结果表明:异丙醇的添加改善了PVA/PEDOT∶PSS复合导电纤维的表面微观形貌、导电及拉伸力学性能。随着凝固浴中异丙醇含量的增加,PVA/PEDOT∶PSS复合导电纤维表面的沟槽逐渐减少,纤维表面逐渐变得光滑;复合纤维的电导率小幅度提升;复合纤维的拉伸强度提高,断裂伸长增加。10wt% aqueous solution of PVA was mixed with PEDOT: PSS dispersion as spinning formulation by high speed stirring. Electrical conductive PVA/PEDOT: PSS composite fibers were prepared by wet-spinning. Isopropyl al- cohol was added into methyl alcohol coagulating bath to improve the surface micro topography, electrical conductivity and tensile mechanical property of fiber. The mass ratios in the coagulating bath of isopropyl alcohol to methyl alcohol were 0: 1,1 : 5,1 : 4,1 : 3,1 : 2 and 1 : 1. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), high resistance meter and single fiber strength tester were employed to test and characterize the improvement of surface micro topography, electrical conductivity and tensile mechanical property of fibers resulted from isopropyl alcohol supplementation changes. Results indicated that:as the isopropyl alcohol supplementation increased, grooves on the fiber surface decreased as well as the surface get smoother. The electrical conductivity took small slide. The tensile strength improved along with the elongation at break.
