摘 要:采用铈-三乙醇胺配合物为前驱体,将其配成不同浓度的水溶液,分别在不同pH值条件下,在高压釜中于200℃进行水热水解。研究发现,前驱体浓度小于4.0g/50mL,pH值大于3.0条件下可以合成出纳米CeO_2颗粒,颗粒粒径小于10nm,且大小均一,分散均匀。紫外分析表明,纳米CeO_2产物具有优异的紫外吸收性能,在紫外吸收材料领域具有潜在应用价值。研究还表明,合成的纳米CeO_2对甲基橙几乎无催化降解作用,可以应用于化妆品等含有机成分体系中。A cerium-triethanolamine complex was used as a precursor to synthesize the nano-ceria through hydro- thermal-hydrolysis at 200℃ under various pH values and concentrations of the precursor. As indicated in the results,nano- ceria particles can be prepared under the precursor concentration less than 4.0g/50mL and the pH value greater than 3.0. The particles were less than 10nm in diameter and showed hemonogeneous in dispersion. The UV-Vis analysis demonstra- ted that the as-synthesized ceria nanoparticles possessed excellent UV absorption ability. Whereas, the nanoparticles showed poor capability in catalytic oxidizing helianthus B, which manifested the as-synthesized ceria possessed potential applications in cosmetics containing the organic ingredient.
